What is Jelly?
Jelly is made from the strained juice of the fruit. Sugar and pectin is added and cooked to create a crystal clear and shimmering product. It is firm, however soft enough to spread easily. This product does not contain pulp or seeds, just a delicious natural fruit flavor.
